1.Acknowledgment of Terms The Micro Web Solutions Portal Customer acknowledges that these Micro Web Solutions Portal Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Micro Web Solutions Portal Sites, Micro Web Solutions Materials, and any Micro Web Solutions  Portal Services, despite anything specifically stated in a different agreed-upon arrangement or agreements between Micro Web Solutions  and the appropriate Micro Web Solutions  Portal Customer administering the arrangement of Micro Web Solutions  Services or other business connection between such gatherings (collectively, the “Tip top Cyber Security Business Agreement”).Tip top Cyber Security Portal Customers are responsible for the access and use of the Micro Web Solutions Portal Sites, Materials, and Services by their managers (referred to as “Administrators”), other customers (referred to as “Users”), Affiliates, and, if an Micro Web Solutions Channel Partner is used, its Clients.
You should not attempt to access or utilize the relevant Micro Web Solutions Portal Site if your company is not a customer of the portal. If a customer of Micro Web Solutions Portal does not agree to the specifics of these Micro Web Solutions Portal Terms of Use, the customer should not attempt to access or use the relevant Micro Web Solutions Portal Site, and an Micro Web Solutions Channel Partner should not allow its clients to access or use the relevant Micro Web Solutions Portal Site.
Disclaimers, legitimate notifications, navigate arrangements, or other legal arrangements (any “Extra Legal Terms”) may also be required for prior use of the Micro Web Solutions Portal Sites, Micro Web Solutions Materials, Micro Web Solutions Portal Services, and other Micro Web Solutions Services. These “Extra Legal Terms” may be posted on an Micro Web Solutions Portal Site from time to time, if necessary .Micro Web Solutions Portal Customer and Micro Web Solutions have reached a legally binding agreement regarding access to and use of the relevant Micro Web Solutions Portal Site, Micro Web Solutions Materials, the Micro Web Solutions Portal Services, and other Micro Web Solutions Services by the Micro Web Solutions Portal Customer, its Administrators and Users, and on behalf of Micro Web Solutions Channel Partners, their Clients. These Portal Terms of Use are accompanied by the relevant Additional Legal Terms. When there is a conflict between the terms in the Additional Legal Terms and these Portal Terms of Use, the terms in the Additional Legal Terms will take precedence over those terms in regard to the subject matter of those Additional Legal Terms.The specifics of these Portal Terms of Use will govern access to and use of the Micro Web Solutions Portal Sites, Micro Web Solutions  Materials, and Micro Web Solutions Portal Services in the event of a conflict with the relevant Micro Web Solutions Business Agreement. The specifics of the Micro Web Solutions Business Agreement will govern access to and use of the relevant other Micro Web Solutions Services. For instance, the applicable Micro Web Solutions Business Agreement for the beta program will apply if an Micro Web Solutions Portal Customer participates in an Micro Web Solutions Service that is offered by means of the Micro Web Solutions Control Center. The appropriate Micro Web Solutions Business Agreement for the Micro Web Solutions Service will apply if an Micro Web Solutions Portal Customer arranges for an Micro Web Solutions Service through the Elite CyberMicro Web Solutions Control Center. The receipt will determine the amount due to Micro Web Solutions  for Micro Web Solutions  Services in the event of a dispute between usage data in an Micro Web Solutions  Portal Site and a receipt for Micro Web Solutions Services.
Changes and Notifications Micro Web Solutions  reserves the right to update these Portal Terms of Use, theMicro Web Solutions Portal Sites, the Micro Web Solutions Materials, and possibly even the Micro Web Solutions Portal Services at any time by displaying the relevant link for these Portal Terms of Use.
Confidential Information The Micro Web Solutions Portal Customer hereby agrees not to reproduce any Confidential Information (described below) that the Micro Web Solutions Portal Customer has access to through the Micro Web Solutions Portal Sites in any manner other than as authorized at the time of exposure. Any dissemination of Confidential Information will remain Micro Web Solutions  ‘s property and that of its sole owner, and it will include any classified or restrictive notices or legends that appear on the first. Customers of the world-class Cyber Security Portal therefore agree to (a) take every reasonable step (described below) to keep all Confidential Information classified; (b)b) to use Confidential Information only as authorized at the time of disclosure; (c) Not to disclose any confidential information without Micro Web Solutions  prior written consent ;and (d) not to allow or encourage the discovery of any Confidential Information or the destruction of any product programs that are a part of the Confidential Information.Except for the limited rights shown earlier, First-Class Cyber Security Portal customers do not have any rights to confidential information.Customers of Micro Web Solutions Portal will never use Confidential Information to compete with Micro Web Solutions Materials, Micro Web Solutions Portal Services, or other Micro Web Solutions Services in whole or in part, or to make subordinate works based on Micro Web Solutions Materials, Micro Web Solutions Portal Services, or other Micro Web Solutions  Services.In this context, “Classified Information” refers to any and all proprietary advantages and other data, Micro Web Solutions Materials, or Micro Web Solutions Portal Services that Micro Web Solutions or third parties protect from unrestricted disclosure to others and that is either designated Confidential, obtained through an Micro Web Solutions Portal Site, in accordance with software downloads or other conveyance of Micro Web Solutions Services, or reasonably recognizable as secret, depending on the type of data and the method by which it was disclosed. Data provided by Micro Web Solutions Portal Sites regarding the setup, use, accessibility, area, and execution of Micro Web Solutions or resources provided as part of, or utilized by, the Micro Web Solutions Intelligent Platform or to enable the conveyance of an Micro Web Solutions Service are considered Confidential Information of Micro Web Solutions under the terms of this agreement, without limiting the foregoing. Additionally, Micro Web Solutions Channel Partners’ and Clients’ access credentials to the Micro Web Solutions Portal Sites are considered confidential information. These credentials are given to Micro Web Solutions Portal Customers, their respective administrators, users, and clients. The ability to download or send confidential information from an Micro Web Solutions Portal Site is not a waiver of confidentiality under this clause, and the data that is downloaded or sent will also be treated as confidential information under this clause.
Administrators and Users of an Micro Web Solutions Portal Customer receive User Information (user name, secret key, secret phrase reset questions and answers, and other access qualifications) for sole access to the Micro Web Solutions Portal Sites they have been authorized to use by Micro Web Solutions World-class Cyber Security Portal Customer is responsible for ensuring that Administrators and Users keep their individual User Information private and secure, and that Clients cause Administrators and Users to do so.World-class Cyber Security Portal Customers are the only ones who can use and protect Administrators’ and Users’ User Information, as well as any activities that take place under their records and on behalf of Micro Web Solutions Channel Partners.
